 Patterns 

Q: How do I know your pattern will make sense if I buy it?

A: All patterns are sent to a technical editor before publication. This doesn't guarantee perfection, but it definitely helps. You can always contact me at elizabeth@trebleknit.com with any questions.

Q: Can I look through your pattern before I buy it?

A: Sadly, no. However, I make a point of putting yarn, materials, gauge and other details in the description, so you know what the pattern requires before you buy it.

Q: I don't understand what you mean! I bought this pattern, but what are you talking about?

A: I'm always happy to answer questions. You can message me directly at elizabeth@trebleknit.com.

 Shipping 

Q: I ordered a physical item. How long will it take to arrive?

A: 5-7 business days, barring seasonal delays. Expidited shipping is available.

Q: This is a gift. Do you gift wrap?

A: Yes. Gift wrapping is free upon request.

 Returns 

Q: If I order something and I don't like it, can I return it?

A: There are no returns on digital files (patterns). For everything else, I allow returns withing 30 days of purchase, provided it's still in new condition. If an item is damaged during shipping, I request you send me a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours of its arrival.
